7) Calming Bedtime Linen Spray

I love to mist a calming linen spray on my bedsheets before I crawl in to help relax my mind and body. They also extremely fast and easy to make which is a win in my book!

Ingredients:

4 oz glass spray bottle

1 oz high proof alcohol like everclear. (this serves as a proper solubilizer to mix the essential oils with water and also as a preservative. If you don’t have everclear, you can use denatured or perfumers alcohol)

15-20 drops of essential oils

Directions:

Mix essential oils of choice with 1 oz of high proof alcohol then fill the remainder of the bottle with distilled water and gently shake to combine.

*You can also choose to omit the alcohol and use solubol which is a proper solubilizer. Or, you can choose to use only distilled water, however, make sure you shake adequately before spraying on the linens and use within 1 month of making.
